 On the big Island of Hawaii high up on volcano Hualalai is a redwood cabin surrounded by fruit trees: avocado, papaya, banana, guava, macadamia nut, coffee, and much more. As the sunset approaches the sky often turns different colors giving the illusion of sweet pastel colored cotton candy from above.  From a distance you can see where the ocean meets the horizon and in the evening as the sunset approaches hundreds of birds fly in from various directions onto the branches as they prepare to rest for the night. It is here where the idea of Nature's Flavors originated.
